Sunday lunch

The beautifully sunny afternoon meant that Sunday lunch was a light and seasonal affair.

Using the always reliable jamie as a starting point, we had roast hallumi with basil, marinated strawberries with lemon, extra virgin olive oil and balsamic and cured Iberico ham.

The result really was tip top and the collision of unusual flavours worked rincredibly well teamed up with a glass of Rose Rioja.

Perfetta!
