Aramay B and B in St Agnes Cornwall Oct 2008

Tess, Pat, Tony and I had a great four day break staying at the Aramay, a lovely five bedroomed B & B set in gardens near Trevaunance cove. An extensive breakfast menu catered for everyone and included fresh fruit with berries, sunflower seeds, natural yogurt and honey, a vegetarian option and a very hearty meat feast but even better breakfast was served until 11am. After breakfast, exercise was in order so we decided to follow The Camel cycle trail from Wadebridge to Bodmin, it was a warm, sunny day and perfect for following the trail, it was a bit muddy but we survived and on the way back we took a detour and decided to visit Camel Valley wines…and yes… we did share a bottle of white, the 2007 Bacchus was delicious.
