We’d heard there were a few foodie shops opened in the Corn Exchange so we ambled along on Sunday afternoon, topping off a relaxing wander around Leeds (although a pint of Rosey Nosey in Whitelocks helped it along nicely).
It turns out the shops that have opened are all part of the expanding Anthony’s empire and they are all situated on the same level as the restaurant. There are some lovely little shops selling ham, cheese, freshly baked bread, patisserie and other stuff. We bought some fabulous cheese and couldn’t resist the fresh baked muffins and mince pies. It’s a really good set up and although it’s early days and most of the Corn Exchange is empty, it’s worth popping along for Anthony’s alone.
